Tom contacted us to request that we provide a quote for a small area of floor tiles in a domestic property. We were happy to provide a quote, which Tom was very happy with.
We went out to remove the tiles. It was just a small area under a washing machine. The tiles were removed quickly. They were bagged and double bagged, then taken to an asbestos tip.
We provided a consignment note to the client, to prove safe disposal, in line with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) standards.
After the tiles were removed, and our operative had left, Tom contacted me to ask for another quote, to remove the rest of the tiles from the kitchen. Tom was so pleased with our operative that he wanted him back to complete the full removal of the floor tiles in the kitchen.
Tom was happy with the price and a date for removal was booked in. Tom was, again, happy with the removal.
